Best Vietnamese Consulate in Australia! Staffs (Mr Dung and Ms Thy in particular) were very professional and friendly throughout the handling of my documentation. Emails were replied promptly with detailed instructions. Documents were processed and sent back to me within the day of received. Best of all, fees were clear and payment was made via bank transfer into the Consulate's bank account (instead of other Consulates' corruptive practice where we were asked to put a certain amount of money into the envelope- no receipt- no written confirmation.) Vietnamese Consulates are meant to assist their citizens and this Consulate in Perth delivered that promise (unlike another one in Australia that made me feel ripped off). I am very pleased with the whole service and will recommend to all my Vietnamese friends living in Australia. Keep it up, Perth team!

I was invited to my best friend's wedding in Vietnam as the best man. Based on their website I thought I will get my visa in 1 day, but when I hand over my application they told me it will take up to 2 weeks! They said I have to apply for a tour in Vietnam if I want my application process faster! The tour should not book by Australian companies, it have to be a local tour agent and Preferably a tour from the company that they recommend! Total rip off!
