just follow all the instruction at the webiste. and all good. my visa is done by 4 days only. give all docs on monday, and i collect today, Friday. but make sure dont play your phone over there, because there is a sign no mobile phone and camera. if you play your phone over there and the security caught you he will ask to turn off your phone in front of him. Japan i’m coming

Lady behind the counter was so rude. Not all of them. Just one of them has rude attitude. Can’t believe she’s japanese. I’ve never seen this kinda rude Japanese service even in Japan . Ive never written any criticism on google , her attitude made me write this. I believe that whoever wrote about rude counter lady it’s her. Her attitude makes this place seems definitely bad. Other lady were very nice and polite. It’s sad that this place should represent of Japan but this lady ruins it.

The place works like a robot, follow instructions carefully and the process should be simple. However, if an applicant is confused or does not have full information then the staff have no clue and tend to get rude. It is strange but I can only say this process will leave lot of people dissatisfied as the process is designed for robots and not humans!!!!

If you read the online instruction of application process carefully, it's straight forward. Visa approved within 5 working days. Staff were efficient and pleasant. No smile witnessed indeed, but no rudeness witnessed either.

Just went there to help my friends to pick up her visa. The security was extremely rude to me and even yield to me in front of all other people just because I'm not sure whether i need a ticket and went back to confirm with him. Well i guess you need to have a better security

My partner and I had a quick and pleasant experience getting police certificates. After reading the reviews here we did arrive early, and were glad that we did as it was definitely busy. The elevator doesn't actually open until 9.15, so if you want to get in the first queue I recommend arriving slightly before or around this time. The staff we interacted with were very pleasant.
