Realy very disappointed with their service they send me check list, there is an option u need to attest ur docs from jp or notary when i send them with jp attested they send me back, and said to attest with notary, i did that and send them bck and they send again back to me and said u have to apply child birth certificate from india aswell.

For my kids OCI, because of some technical glitch, the entire batch of OCI's was delayed from India. CGI, Sydney listened patiently to the grievance and made sure we got the OCI booklet at the earliest. Great customer service!

Worst experience ever! Although based in Sydney, they still know how to charge people with no reason ever! I agree postage return fee of 22 is charged, but is there any simplication of process? Like so very surprising to know! Our VFS has no concepts of emails!!! Do we still rely on courier for response/editing in documents?? So much behind in this tech savvy world dear VFS! Please can we just simplify this process so this could have not wasted my 44!! The only option is to book an appointment with you. Worst worst experience ever!!

VFS never answers the phone I tried to call them more than 20 times its been more than 6 weeks still waiting for PCC police verification was done 2 weeks ago back in India , worse system ever
