After 1 week they did not contact me, so went to the store. They couldn't find my phone at first because it was sitting in a draw and never tested. They also failed to put my contact details with the phone. They also managed to put 'white out' correction fluid on the back of it see photo. They promised to look after our companies phones a fleet of 70 but after this first experience clearly we will be looking elsewhere.

Quality of repairs is excellent. They’re not the cheapest, but they are close to it. Excellent service. I had my phone repaired somewhere else and then at Connekt and the quality at Connekt was noticeably higher.

I had my iphone fixed 4 months ago and had some issue. I bring it back and they have replaced the same time for me. Just just ask for the receipt. Very easy going people.
Booked my phone in at 11:30am today and was told it would only take 45min to replace the screen and microphone, I waited 2 &1/2 hours only to be told my phone was un fixable, and that the mother board was gone. Wasted my time waiting around and was not advised of any issues until I returned instore to collect even though I had given an alternative number to contact me on. I went to another store AA mobile phones across the road next to sunshine kebab and they fixed my phone within 30min. (Highly reccomwnd AA mobile phones) I highly suggest no one go to connekt mobile if you are wanting quality work and quality replacement products, no communication and no solution to issues that are obviously fixable. I suggest if your looking for a mobile phone shop who advertises that they repair mobile phones I’d steer clear of this store.
Had my screen in my iphone replaced this week got home found the camera wasnt working rung Connekt up about the problem they said bring it back asap & they would sort it which they did I offered to pay for the service but they would not take any money Wow!! not often you get that type of service. I bought my phone with virus coa it was playing up. The young man fixed it within 5 minites for me and even didn't charge for this. Awesome experience.
