I was very pleased with the prompt and professional service and delivery of Computers OK. Ross went out of his way to keep me informed and advise me on alternative solutions I had not considered.
Computers ok are not ok. After taking a MacBook Air to them I was told it needed a new battery. That didn’t work. So the solution was to buy a new MacBook and he would transfer the files. Then he couldn’t transfer the files. I had a friend transfer the files for me then I sent the old MacBook to a professional that had it fixed in a week for 450. So in the end I spent around 2000 with Ross including his fee for work that he couldn’t do. If you want to waste your time and money go and see Ross. If you want results see someone who knows what they are doing and doesn’t just have a guess. Computers ok. I think not.
