My wife and I have used the services offered by ReadyTechGo for over 5 years, and have found them to be knowledgeable and helpful at managing technical problems and advice regarding equipment. Their one on one sessions will include if required detailed notes on how to manage the various technical issues discussed. We have used other services, however found that Lisa and her her staff to be the most responsive, and helpful, nothing is too much trouble.
