I was recommended by a reputable security firm to contact Complex to obtain my security licence. Initially I was booked in to do the course in July at the Geelong office , which was cancelled due to rescheduling, so i was booked in again for the next course which was also cancelled due to rescheduling. After changing my leave dates at work twice, i finally thought i was set to go on Wednesday 13th September but no, I was advised via email and text at 3.40pm the day prior saying it had been cancelled AGAIN! This time they said they didnt have a trainer but was later told it was due to rescheduling. I was told i could do the course in melbourne the following week but then in the same breath told it too was unconfirmed. Complex had nothing to say but "really sorry" and did not appear to be worried that i was going to take my business elsewhere. Something doesn't sound right! It's also odd they never once took a deposit from me to secure my position in the course. Absolutely pathetic business who have no desire to keep their customers happy. They don't even deserve one star for this review!
