We had an CIM0635FA ICE MACHINE that had a compressor fault which manufacturer agreed to pay labour as it was under warranty. Payment was required to be made in full before the job was completed. As they were aware the job was urgent, they assured us soon as it was paid they will have technician out the next day. They manufacturer provided parts and paid in full and they did not attend the job until over a week after payment, this only after multiple calls and emails a day. Once job was fixed, we realized a month later that there was an issue due to their workmanship (due to covid we didn't realise until we actually needed the machine). Greg is great at brushing off your concerns, they refused to come out unless you pay and book for another job even if its due to their previous work. In a nutshell they do not guarantee their workmanship over 2 weeks. Which is difficult given the high cost to fix and it being a commercial machine. Wish I had read the reviews prior to booking them. Hopefully this review helps another small business not waste money.

Have personally seen and experienced the professionalism that this business has to offer, their aptitude to customer satisfaction is second to none. The technician name Joel even went out his way just to make sure everything was up and running can’t thank the chap, enough. Good work mate.

Absolutely 10/10 service! I contacted Complete Catering Maintenace when the refridgerator used for our medications stopped working. As it was absolutely critical, the service technician arrived super fast. The technician was able to identify the issue and had it fixed within 2 hours. Very impressed with the service quality and customer service that was provided. Cannot recommended them highly enough. We didn't lose any stock.

I called them for a dishwasher repair. They charged 300 to come and check it out. Told me it needed a new main board. total cost was going to be 1300 or a new machine at 5k. I had my electrician look at the machine and he replaced a 50 cent fuse. problem solved and ill never use these guys again. absolutely shameful. go somewhere else. I emailed him asking how he could justify his actions and he never replied. He got my 300 and lost any of my future business.

I forgot reviews for this company a year ago It's horrible and awful service and they are super notorious swindler. After happened I kept to ask few techintion but they said he must check any leaking first and fix it when there’s error 2 (which were sign from my dishwasher.) Unfortunately he said only problem blocked drain and nothing problems without check leaking water from any place. He was very rush and asked to my staff cleaning and drain water from machine while shop was busy. Anyway we did and after he fixed couple of hours later there’s not drain and does not working again. And we called and texted several times to fix it again. We already paid 389 He came back 2days later and he told there's other problems. He asked again pay around1000 for fix it. If he send quote for fix that before fix it, I do not need to pay for any fix it. Just buy new one is better, who’s going to fix it for 1,389.62 for dishwasher?
