3 years on from having our carpet laid I am still looking at it on a regular basis and am just so bitterly disappointed with the product and service we were given. Today I finally decided to share my views and I am never someone to leave a bad review. Our carpet was laid by someone who had supposedly been laying carpet for years; however in every single room that we had carpeted is evidence of fraying and a non perfect fit for the rooms, I can easily lift the edges and watch it come up off the floor every time I vacuum. There are extremely obvious join lines in most rooms and to be honest it looks like we went down to Bunnings, purchased a few rolls of carpet and had a go at it ourselves. It bothers me to no end that we paid good money for this and when we asked the team to come back and review our issues (the same week it was purchased) the attitude was basically that’s how it’s supposed to be and we can’t see a problem. I stared at horrible stained carpet for 3 years after buying our house before finally deciding to pull it up and lash out on new carpet. Now I have stared at the new carpet for 3 years pulling, fraying and join lines and wishing I’d never bothered changing it.

Very poor effort by management - we had pure wool carpet laid , the next day I was disappointed and not happy jan to see that in the brand new room 3 of the walls has been marked by the carpet layers. When I contacted the company the response was "a bit of Jiff will take that off" . I had no idea if a " bit of Jiff would take this off" But as the walls were newly painted and the marks were so many (I took 12 pics) I was concerned that removing the marks would create a problem with the paint. There was no acknowledgment of shoddy workmanship by the comapny , no interest in seeing the walls. At my insistence , (not at the companys' offer) someone was arranged to come the next day to do something with the walls. I thought the company would be interested in seeing the damage on the walls...We have the rest of the house to be carpeted..but going on this performance I will not be using this company again or recommending them to anyone.

Couldn’t be happier. Peter was a pleasure to deal with during the whole process. He handled my procrastination with professionalism, and in the end found the perfect carpet for our home. We have recommended him to our family and they too were impressed and are very happy with their new carpet. Highly recommend.

Got sold a big amount of vinyl that was not up to specification required for the work described. When asked about it they knew about the regulations and basically have us a "it was too hard to get the correct spec product and that should be fine". They refused to help after the fact and it ended up costing us the job, a client and the cost of the vinyl .

Big ticket item \u003e got sold on something not suitable for a commercial grade job, offered nothing in return for the lack of integrity, not even a minor refund on the huge amount of unused vinyl, that we are unable to use.
