Dishonest and deceiving. I called and requested a bond clean. Told her all I needed to be done. Everything was yes. It would cost 400. She told me it included carpet cleaning. I told her not to worry about the carpet as someone else who specialises in carpet cleaning would do this. Day before calls me to see if ok she comes early as she had another job afterwards. Thought this odd as bond cleaning takes up so so much time. Said ok. Day of service calls at 5.20am to say the walls needed cleaning.... Dahhh!!! Said doesn't do walls however will for more money! We continue to argue and then she has hangs up on me. Moral of the story. Don't trust this company or any other for that matter. Get written quotes not just verbal agreement. Also want to mention that she didn't want to see the job first even though she is down the street.
