What we all need to remember is that we are rather lucky to have a roof over our heads. I came from a woman's refuge just like I know many others have and over 11 years, oh can't I just tell you some stories, but I won't. At the end of the day, I keep to myself and hope like hell the neighbours do as well. The staff are doing the best they can I'm sure as if complaint is reasonable enough, yes you would expect one but at the end of the day, they have a duty of care and to my knowledge they do. They have also had to deal with me and sometimes I know I'm difficult. So for me it's a two way street and they've done well by me

We are currently dealing with a problem neighbour in our complex managed by this company. She's a repeat offender but despite this Compass refuses to take any substantial action. Apparently a violent abusive tenant is acceptable to them & their only attempt at aolutions is to suggest that innocent parties move yet again.

I've had two telephonic experiences with this establishment - the first employee seemed totally apathetic, the second failed miserably at the simple task of good customer service. Shame, shame, shame.

This must be the worst NRAS agency in whole Australia. Very inconsiderate. They should be shut down. Do yourself a favour, stay away from them. Do not waste your time with them . I wish I could give minus 100 stars.

Been trying to get ahold of these people in regards to violent drunk clients of theirs; every time we call we get given the runaround. Avoid them, they're useless. Don't do inspections and don't listen to people's concerns, not their clients nor other people's. Worst housing company I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with in any capacity.

The worst real estate I have ever dealt with. Impossible to contact as they never return calls or follow up emails in a timely manner. Impossible to get repairs and maintenance conducted in a timely manner (no air con for 2 months over summer). Incorrectly applied rent payments followed by claims tenants were in arrears and when information was provided showing proof of payment, it still took another 3 weeks to even get a call back from them let alone a correction to the rent account. The worst business I have ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs! Their non-profit status and mission are admirable but they cannot deliver on basic services or general and reasonable requirements/expectations and are a source of significant and ongoing stress to tenants, which is particularly concerning as they are supposed to be helping and advocating for those most vulnerable.

This is the fly trap (see photo) that is needed to live next to a compass housing, property managed house, which has trapped 1000 flies in 4 days because of the illegal pigeon coup with 40 trapped pigeons (vermin) in a residential area, on a 600m2 block, the house has obviously never been inspected as it is grotesque, and I bet the owners do not no the state that there house is in. After reporting this to compass housing, they’ve been useless and provided the only Avenue is to go through council. Stay away from this service. You will be tricked
