Placed a freaking out emergency SOS call today thinking that I was too late for balloons to be delivered, but, and im sorry I forgot your name, a lovely lady went over and above to help me out. It was the most lovely gesture, she did not have to go so over and above as it was on me for leaving it so late. Not only did she show superior customer service, there was genuine compassion and care. Thankyou, thankyou, and I hope your week turned around and came good

Exceeded my expectations, my daughter was excited with her birthday surprise balloon arrangement. Quickly and efficiently delivered with no issues. The owner gave me step by step instructions on how to prolong the life of the arrangement and 10 days later they are still going strong. Placed an order the night before and there were no dramas with having it delivered the next day. 100% satisfied with how the bouquet came together. Website is easy to use and it is very reasonably priced.
We have used funky balloons a few times now over the past 8 years. Most recently last week and prior to that 6 months ago. Each and everytime we have been very pleased with the outcome. It is very worthwhile to go in store as the owners are helpful to ensure they produce what you want both in terms of texture, colour, longer lasting balloons. Thank you and see you soon no doubt!
Terrible terrible service. Avoid this company! I ordered 2 balloon bouquets to be delivered and when i arrived at the venue for my daughter's 21st they were twisted together. Tried to call twice before 5pm but no reply. No reply again on Monday, so i emailed them. Got a rude response and refused compensation. I paid and could not use the bouquets. Sent a 2nd email which was ignored. Disgusting service. Approx 100 wasted

Called late Saturday morning to see if they would do same-day delivery and without any hesitation Isabella said it would be no worries. Balloons were delivered right on time. Easy booking system and professional and friendly staff! Highly recommend :)
Horrendous customer service. I placed an order to be delivered on 26/07. I was told it was delivered successfully, but the recipient never received the balloons. I sent an email a week ago enquiring about what happened and have not heard back. Really, really poor communication and service. I don't mind if there's an issue with an order, but I'd expect to be updated as soon as something happens and to have my questions responded to. Not with this company. They took my money well enough, but they can't be bothered to communicate.
