1 Como Parade

So many great times riding this track as a kid. In the early 90s it was quite a complex track with heaps of jumps, moguls, berms, but still nice and small and fun. There were a couple of big jumps in the middle that had approaches from the track. A lot of kids with a lot of shovels put some great (illicit) work into that place. Haven't seen it in 25-odd years. I doubt it's any good now ... do kids even go outside anymore? ;)

i went here with my little brother and there was a ritual going on...
This is not a bmx track. Barely a bike track.
This isn't really a BMX track, it's a 25-30 metre long single bike trail, with a couple of small jumps on it, tucked away on the water's edge, deep in Como. Access is via what looks like somebody's driveway, then down a flight of stairs and through a short, but rugged trail. You'll probably have to walk a BMX along most of the trail to get to it and parts of it have more than enough sand to stop a BMX in its tracks. To the kids that made it, I'd give them an A, but to anyone else, you'll be sorely disappointed if it takes you longer than five minutes travel time to get here.
