I enjoy coming to the physio every week to work on my rehab. All the staff are lovely and always willing to help. Have had a very positive experience and great recovery outcomes compared to previous physios I have been. I would recommend to all friends and family.

I arrived after a referral for surgery to fix my tennis elbow, shock-wave treatment worked wonders and I escaped the need for surgery. I have since started Pilates and received an exercise program and get treated by massage for work related strains. I appreciate the flexibility in finding me appointments when I need. The reception staff are fantastic and helpful. Oh and my pillow fitting was the best investment it has worked wonders for my sleep and sanity. Get Kylie to fit yours. Thank-you for saving my career and improving my well-being! I feel 10 years younger.

BEWARE they put false mis-leading adverts in the West Australian advertising "Free" consultations then charge 60 a consultation So no free consultation. A lady pensioner friend responded to their add and made an appointment. On seeing the "Therapist" she was given the consultation only to discover it was a 60 charge. Then was not advised of the cost of a treatment session up front or any charges and it was assumed she was going to have treatment without consideration of her ability to pay.. She had a 20 minute treatment session was not told what to expect and at the desk is presented with a bill for 60 for the consultation and 130 for 20 minutes of therapy !!! AND then wasnt offered a receipt for payment. It left her bewildered and upset and out of money for the week. I called on her behalf to get answers and a receipt sent to her and got a flippant reply. Then they booked her in for another session without asking and got annoyed when she rang them to say she wouldnt be back....NOT GOOD ENOUGH !!!!!!!
Expert opinion. Diagnosed and addressed my shoulder injury after almost year of symptoms. Corrected posture and learned movements/stretches. Very informative and understandable. Friendly reception and good products available. I personally recommend Ben Day as he is my physio but all of the staff are professional and capable. Also people with back/shoulder/postural pain ask about the posture-medic, it’s helped removed my shoulder pains and corrected my posture.
I have been a regular client of Back in Motion Como for many years and always find them very thorough in their approach in getting me ready for whatever sports challenge i have set myself at that time such as running or boxing. They like to be updated post appointment and have a genuine care for their patients. On occasion i have missed my appointment (genuine mistake), and they have been happy to reschedule without making too much of a fuss about it which i really appreciate. I would highly recommend!
