AVOID!!!! Happy to continue to sell a service that does not work. We are a small business that are frequently left without telephone or internet for days at a time. No assistance from commander, just told to lower our expectations. Tech support wait times are ridiculous, we often spend 3 hours trying to get issues resolved. Commander will not accept responsibility that the issue is with them. NBN techs have been out 4 times and have said nothing is wrong with the NBN line or modems, issue is with commander. Will not release us from our contract. Honestly, they are just the WORST!!!!!
