i have to agree that their knowledge is rather poor. Not sure of the qualifications of the guy behind the counter but every time i get my water tested i walk out of there with a much lighter wallet. The thing that annoys me the most is the product that i buy doesn't solve the issue.
Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. They offered me a great deal on a spa and all round service was excellent.
