Love the look of this store! The clothing styles are gorgeous and you receive a stunning gift wrap. A place to go for that something special. Thank you for helping me out when I was so overwhelmed.

I bought a heap of stuff for my 3 yr old boy/ girl twins here. Great selection. All of it super unique and amazing quality. I love the range of prints on their own brand product- grown up hipster stuff that you don’t see anywhere else - especially glad to be able to buy something for my boy that isn’t run of the mill dinosaurs/ cheesy slogans.

Horrible customer service from Mary who works here. Received a gift purchased at this store, the item was faulty and I contacted the store to organize a replacement. They didn’t accept the proof of fault I gave and insisted I drive an hour to go in store to replace it even though I am heavily pregnant. They said I could ship the item to them at my own cost and refused to provide a paid return shipping label even though they clearly have an online store and would have the ability to send this to me. At a last attempt, my husband called the store and spoke to Mary to try to resolve the issue but she hung up on him. We had no choice but to submit a complaint via fair trading. Why a company wouldn’t be willing to pay 10 for a postage label is beyond me.

Very expensive childrens clothes. Went in here looking for a gift for my 1 year old niece, looking for a bit of a quirky Melbourne thing and was unable to find anything. While expensive, things are relatively generic, and they have few toys.

Helpful staff and great products, none of that cheap and nasty kids stuff
