My partner brought me to Mamor for a surprise birthday treat over the weekend, and it was great. The tea and chocolates in particular were exceptional, as was the service. The manager (I'm sorry I didn't catch her name!) was warm and friendly throughout the service, and did incredibly well running the place on her own on the first day back!

Incredible experience. Such a beautiful high tea with fantastic customer service. The food, drinks and venue were devine. Would highly recommend.

Loved the high tea here, very vintage glam. Prefect for hens nights, dress up nights like Gatsby and baby showers. Staff are fabulous, the Chef really knows her stuff and always tries something different. While we were there they had a tea reader in! Located at the quiet part of Johnston St, Collingwood which means there will be parking spots, another plus.

Finally got to use my birthday voucher after being postponed due to covid restrictions. As soon as you enter you are looked after by the lovely friendly staff. The food was delicious, the savoury course was amazing and the scones were straight from the oven, so good with home made jam. The dessert course was so good and very imaginative. All together an excellent experience, would recommend to family and friends . Thanks Mamor.

First, the Good - the decor is very atmospheric (velvet curtains, plush furniture, crisp Victorian tablecloths); the service was fine and they did not rush you. The disappointment was the food - the brioche bread in the petit sandwiches did not taste fresh. Ditto for the scones. Apart from a few good bits, such as the macaroon and the caramel nut tart, the food was quite hum-ho and unremarkable. We're spoilt in Melbourne for having such excellent eating spots. I was hoping the same at Mamor. Sadly, at 55 per person (we had the petit High Tea), I came away disappointed and wouldn't remember the afternoon were it not for the excellent company of my companion.

Came here for the Mother’s Day High Tea and I loved it! It’s a very cosy place with a very unique interior design. Would definitely recommend this if you’re looking for somewhere nice and cosy with a few friends and family

Immediately when you walk into this Szalon (French for salon), you know you are walking into somewhere very special. I felt luxurious and posh being inside this space. I spoke more proper than usual, and in a tone that was more soft and soothing. This is the effect of being in a calming space like Mamor. I love the lashings of red, wood, gold, mirrors, glassware. The tea ware is gorgeous. Every single piece feels individual and carefully curated. The pastry chef / chocolatier has a vision, and you can tell with her meticulous detail that she cares about every single element in each dessert. The dessert menu does change, but I was particularly impressed with the verrine, the matcha choux, the raspberry tart and the sticky date. If you want something visually spectacular, then go for the chocolate stiletto, because it…is…a… chocolate… stiletto! The selection of teas were fantastic, I enjoyed the mango one – it wasn’t too sweet. In a world of mass production and trend chasing, this is classic, without being outdated. Mamor isn't trying to be in vogue, because it's in its own league. Everyone in Melbourne should experience Mamor.
