Terrible service, ordered and paid for on Friday 8/11, told that it would be posted Monday 11/11, Rang Monday 11/11 and was told that it had been posted that day, explained it was a birthday present and had to get to Brisbane by Friday. Rang them again on Thursday to see if was posted on Monday and was told it was. Rang Australia Post Thursday afternoon and was told it was not posted until Wednesday and so would not arrive until the following week. Lousy service, they tell lies, charged 15 postage but didn't post express ... I am a pensioner and now have to go out tonight, after already spending over a hundred dollars with this mob, and find a present for our grandsons birthday tomorrow. Don't buy from them I definitely wont again.

Horrible experience. The lady who "served" us wasn't really interested in talking to us. Made us feel like a hindrance. Such a shame as I was ready to spend a lot of money on replica guns for my collection.
