Bought a handbag that l thought was well made. It started to fall apart after two months..stitching on handle unravelling. Returns policy is no returns after 28 days despite the excellent, as new condition of the bag. Offer to provide proof of purchase made no difference If l wanted a bag I have to replace every two months because it is falling apart l could pay 20-30 for a cheap bag. I thought paying much more would avoid this. Beware if you purchase a bag as a gift 28 days starts at point of purchase. Sales staff apologetic but this is company policy.
