For general information on music supplies, or if you're looking to purchase an instrument, this is a good place for you. Amazing staff, they are very helpful. Don't hesitate to ask them for help if you require it, because they won't hesitate to help you. Pianos and Drum Kits are up the stairs, you can try out products before you decide to purchase. Hope this review helps, enjoy your musical experience. :)

This was my 3rd visit to the rebranded and newer location Cranbourne Music store. I found the store bright clean, and full of nice equipment. Not being a large store, it doesn’t have every item that you could imagine, but I did like the selection of items available. The team were very friendly, and they do try and help, and chat and make you feel at ease. I w as able to purchase a new Fender Mustang Bass, that was very keenly priced, and the setup on the bass was good, making the Bass playable straight out of the store. My only comment is have more bass amps ready to plug in instruments to play them, as if you can’t play them, you may not buy them. Like the Store, like the staff, like the prices .

Coleman’s music store has a really great atmosphere with its walls covered with authentic and classic guitars for sale, creating a warm interior to the store. As well as this the staff are friendly, proficient and very knowledgeable in the industry a special shout out to Hayden who is a well spoken and hard working senior staff who has always given top quality professional assistance on products, purchases and general enquires to myself and other customers. Overall all of the staff and the store itself is a must-go for any of ur guitar needs.

Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff that don’t try to be “salesy” and let you try out instruments without pressure. Good range of guitars, but due to covid I think they were a little low in stock.

Not my first option. Fairly consistent though with plenty of surrounding businesses. Acoustic room is novel. Would be pretty high overheads for a boutique outlet on the chain that seems to have as high flow and volume as others around it for the hard rock etc... market. Tough market in tough climate. Could probably build a customer base that puts back into the live music scene, instead of those who buy nothing and can't pay or play covers.

Yes had a bit of time to kill, dropped in there and tried a few accoustic guitars in the backroom. Nice accoustics could actually hear yourself and really sample different models. Staff was helpful and a came back and let me know that they were negotiable on price.

Had a fantastic experience here. Initially went to get my guitar serviced, ended up finding a new guitar I liked and was allowed ample time to test it and make my decision. Hayden was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he was more than happy to deal with the hundreds of questions I had, not to mention set up the guitar for me. Bought the guitar, deal was great, it's amazing. 10/10
