Wish I had more stuff to sharpen. Nicest most honest bloke you will ever meet. He gave me loaner knives to use whilst he completed my job. Will definitely go back to him again and recommend anyone to him. Great job on the knives and very reasonable prices. Thanks Merv!!!

Merv recently sharpened all my domestic knives and some of my gardening equipment. I was very satisfied with the results. He also gave me a demonstration on how to use a steel to keep the knives in excellent condition. He offers a same day service and enjoys his job and the contact with his customers. I highly recommend him
We have been leaving our "dull " knives with Merv for at least 6 years now .. and usually the same day, I can return and pick up the KNIFE and it is like a bought one ! Actually better . We only use high quality knives in our kitchen and Merv always returns them in perfect condition . So I have said -twice -that Merv sharpens our knives to perfection . And his prices are very reasonable. He fixed my secateurs. he fixed my wife's pinking shears . We would highly recommend
Merv has sharpened a number of tools – secateurs, loppers, hedge trimmers, etc – for our wholesale plant nursery and each has come back as sharp as the day they were purchased and in excellent working condition. His service is always most efficient and courteous and I have no hesitation in recommending him.
Merv's been sharpening my knifes, including Japanese and German Chefs knifes which I would not let anyone else touch, for about 5 years. He also sharpens all the clippers ans secateurs I use in the nursery. I am extremely happy with his work. Merv is the best.
I took a whole heap of blades to Merv - chef's knife, food processer blade, hedge clippers, paring knives, bread knife and pruning loppers - all returned with fantastic edges. Very impressed! He does an excellent job - fast, courteous and so easy to deal with. I highly recommend him!
Came across Merv's flyer at Spotlight in Coffs Harbour the other week. Took my dressmaking scissors and thread snips into him today. He did a great job, my scissors are better than they have ever been! I dropped them off on my way out and picked them up on my way home. I'll be taking my kitchen knives to him next.
