Worst customer service I've experienced, was also given false information and asked for my licence just to get a price on an item(I didn't ask to touch it). Will never spend a cent in this store, visited all jewellery shops in the centre this day and all others were lovely, I was shopping for a big ticket item and did find what I was looking for elsewhere

The customer service was fantastic. I was so pleased that the lady who served me was able to fix my neck lace at such a reasonable price and so quickly. She also negotiated a bargain on a sale, making the item very affordable for me. I left feeling very impressed, appreciative and satisfied.

Was quoted a very good price for a men's wedding band, the sales assistant offered to hold the ring while I went to arrange the money for the ring. When I returned half an hour later I was informed by the "regional manager" that the sale on the ring had ended and that the staff had simply "forgotten" to remove the sale stickers. The regional manager then claimed that he was unable to give us the ring at the advertised price because the "computer wouldn't let him." When we pressed him about his responsibility to honour the price advertised he blew us off stating that according to the ACC he was within his rights to change the price. Regardless of whether the ACC would or would not defend their behavior, it was very poor form and we won't be shopping with Wallace Bishop in the future.

My daughter in law was treated very disrespectful, when inquiring about a ring the salesperson made a judgment by directing her to go to the big W, this was an insult and bad manners, my daughter-in-law could well afford any of the rings or jewellery that they sell, I personally wouldn’t shop there after her experience with that sort of attitude, look somewhere else where you are treated and respected as a potential customer, there are plenty of jewery shops that would be glad to serve you with an excellent choice of merchandise.
