Unfortunately I disagree with the other reviews on this page. We recently worked with Pepperprint on our wedding invitations, and the experience was unnecessarily difficult at every stage. We had a graphic designer produce our artwork, and only required pepperprint to provide the paper and print the invitations. The first sign should have been that the wrong samples were printed and our email with the correct files was left unopened but the most disappointing thing about this experience was the communication. We expressed that it was an urgent job and were assured this wouldn't be an issue but were constantly needing to chase for an update. At one stage after chasing a few times, we were told the paper wasn't in stock so our job was simply "put on the back burner". If we hadn't chased then there would have been no update of the situation. It is understandable there can be delays due to busy periods or machines malfunctioning, but not having the basic customer service to communicate this information onto the clients is incredibly poor. Emails were often unanswered or only partially addressed so phone calls were the best way to get in touch. If the print job wasn't urgent, we would have taken our business elsewhere.
