Rang & arranged service for Santa Fe at less than a weeks notice. Dropped me back at van park then picked me up at 4.00 pm. Hyundai has had made me a Vic offer that did not apply in NSW but not clear in the e mail. Coffs contacted Hyundai twice & managed to get the offer included. Woman in service very helpful & overall a real step up from service I receive at Frankston Hyundai.
Thank you for the service I received here! Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. I got a lift home when my car broke down. The warranty was honoured, communication was excellent and the repairs were carried out promptly. This service centre is honest and reliable. I would highly recommend taking my car here.
I don't even think i could give these guys 1 Star. I went into Hyundai as my air bag light was on and needed it inspected. They inspected the vehicle and advised that the airbag module needed replacing. Thankfully the car was under warranty. I then requested if the car was safe to drive, apparently yes but I wanted proof from the dealership that it was safe to drive. I was not offered a loan car. I was not offered a safety inspection on the car or anything. I was left to drive this vehicle that was potentially unsafe. I had to then book the car in myself for a safety inspection and pay for it in full. The airbag module was originally meant to take only 2 weeks however it has now been nearly a month and part has still not arrived. I spoke to several people at Hyundai Coffs Harbour one staff member of which was quite rude to me and laughed at me when I asked simple questions. I phoned Hyundai Customer Care and they said that I still have to pay for the inspection. I truly believe that the Hyundai Customer Care AND Hyundai Coffs Harbour could of done a better job as I don't believe I need to be paying for this. The only thing I could give at least 1 star for is for Jack in the service department. He has been very nice and polite to me the whole way along. Thank goodness I am selling the vehicle and wont have to deal with Hyundai ever again.
I'm not happy with the service I received after having booked my car in at 8am for a repair on Malfunction Indicator, as well as rego check.I was told I would receive a call before repair carried out. Asked what time I needed car, I told Jack I will have a lift down at 12.30 to pick it up. Still hadn't heard from them by 11.30 so called and asked if someone was going to call me about car as I was due to pick it up in an hour. Was told that Jack was to ring me soon?? Waited on call until 12.10 In the mean time it was suggested by a friend that I read the reviews on Hyundais service department. Can't say I was impressed...... I called once again and spoke to Jack. Apparently the car hadn't been worked on yet! It had only just gone into workshop. By this time I was quiet cranky. I expressed to Jack that knowing I was to pick it up at 12.30 it would have been common courtesy to have rang me to let me know it wasn't going to be ready, let alone started. I got every excuse under the sun as to why this wasnt done, from the state of the world at the moment, to how busy they are. I know I would have dealt with a delay if someone had of made a simple phone call! Jack asked if I wanted the car repaired or not. I told him if it hasn't been started I would pick it up. Which I did at 12.30 . I told Jack that I felt it was bad service and as it was my first time with them I wouldn't be back. I certainly wouldn't be recommending Coffs Hyundai to anyone else.
Shocking service, rude and not helpful at all....will be going elsewhere to spend our money.

The service is second to none at Hyundai Coffs Harbour. The mechanics did a wonderful see ice, washed my car to perfection and I had a meeting with Chris the manager to sort out an issue for me. Chris was so wonderful, professional and personal. I am most grateful. Jack too was amazing and s o friendly and professional. The only place to go for my car.cant praise them enough.
