Superb service! During a road trip we had an emergency with our car where some of the indicators on the dashboard went off. We arrived at the dealership early in the morning. The Jeep service accepted us even though they were very busy and within a few hours had the car fixed. In the meantime gave us a free ride to the city center and pick up. Kind people, fast expert service at reasonable price - 5 star all around!

Great service: helped us on our way when we were passing through town without an appointment. Actually repaired the part in stead of just changing it out for a new one, saving us unnecessary costs.Very friendly staff. Would certainly recommend them!

Paid for a quote to have my Jeep repaired, only to be told I can’t know the part number due to “Internal policy”. After 30min of talking to several department managers, I demanded to get the part number and was told by the dealer principal: “I don’t care about customers like you”. John responded quickly though when I threatened to go to the ombudsman but unfortunately just as quick to threaten me with the Police if I were ever to come back and then dropped my call..... Would highly recommend not to make use of this dealer as they obviously don’t value Jeep owners!! Thanks for NOTHING Team Bellbowrie....
