*** AWESOME TEAM *** Deb contacted me as soon as the warranty company had notified them. The friendly manner and professionalism from that first call continued when Brad and Cody arrived to carry out the repairs. Their knowledge and experience is a real "stand out" these days. I can not recommend them highly enough

Deb is first contact and is extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Brad and Cody arrived on time and are very professional and courteous. Because of the nature of the problem they had to make one than one visit but Deb kept us informed of parts receipt and what was going on. They even managing to fit us in on christmas eve so we could enjoy our christmas dinner. Would have no hesitation in recommending for any appliance repair.

Extremely poor communication and customer service skills by one person. After waiting more than two weeks to get my washing machine fixed and not having heard a word from them, I decided to telephone them. After asking where we were up to on my job, I got an explanation about how the parts company had limited staff working due to Covid-19. She also went on to tell me she was having problems collecting monies owed by them and that service from them was very slow. I stopped her and asked why she had not communicated this to me, which I would have understood. She went on to say that she didn’t need to inform all her customers about Covid-19, I told her that after two plus weeks of not hearing from them, I was not happy and thought I deserved a courtesy call. She the said she would call or email the company to find out what was going on and she would call me back. Ten minutes later I got a text message ‘I have cancelled your Asko order‘ - my response was ‘thank you’. Now, I don’t normally write reviews, however this experience was so bad that I felt compelled to share.
