I bought a jeep 10 years ago and found the staff rude and had to complain to Jeep Australia to get warranty issues repaired. I just went in there today to buy a new jeep and had the superior salesman have a go at me and treat me like a piece of @#%. Maybe I should have changed out of work clothes or something before entering. Worst car dealership I have ever dealt with, buying two new cars, now buying one from Grafton and one from Port. There are other dealerships out there don't choose this one people. You are not getting my 160k Bellbowrie, maybe learn some customer service!

Do not deal with daryl at jeep belbowrie motor's he is rude and does not care for his customers he is a scam artist and tries to make u pay for a extra diagnosis after I had it diagnosed and payed for that and the repairs and parts it was overcharged work in my opinion just for a sensor replacement that can be done in 30mins he claimed it took 8hrs to diagnose and 4hrs work he also claimed i had wiring problems when there wasn't then charged me to go over the wiring just to say there was no problems I had the sensor replaced and after picking the vehicle up the engine light came on at about 10kms up the road now he refuses to diagnose it without charge do yourself a favour and stay away from this business as it will rip you off on diagnosis and labour do a shifty job then try charge u again to look at it very disappointing!

I had an issue come up when driving from Sydney (with a newborn and my five year old!) to Coffs Harbour. Terrible experience buying a car - was told the issue with the vehicle was fixed prior to purchase however had to return the same day and have it looked into evident they cleared the issue opposed to being fixed. Whilst they had paid to have it looked into/fixed on occasion the issue persists. Two years later with few returned calls the issue remains and has now been placed onto purchaser to fix despite it being on an ongoing problem related to the issue they said they had fixed prior to purchase. Have ruined the experience of ever buying a car from a dealership again.
