The service here has always been great for me. I’ve been there so much that they know what I am after! If you have never had bubble tea and like sweet things I recommend the brown sugar! It’s amazing! Love the device and the drinks!

Came for a promotion advertised on Coco Tea's Instagram account: "free pearl milk tea for each purchase of M size purple rice yoghurt", available for 3 days at "all QLD stores". Except when I made a trip to Garden City specifically to get this deal, the staff there said they don't have purple rice yoghurt there. Ordered this other new drink instead: fresh taro milk with sago (large), 7.50. The only sugar customisation is all or nothing, so I went with all cos I was afraid no sugar would be too flat. It was pretty good - I'm a fan of taro so enjoyed the bits of taro in the drink as well as the sago. May try with zero sugar next time just to see the difference. I was served by Allen, and I asked him to make me his favorite drink with toppings. He was so nice and made me THE BEST BUBBLE TEA IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. Idk what's in it but it's got passion fruit in it. Trust me. Just ask for Allen and ask him to make you his favorite drink with toppings

We got the pudding milk tea standard ice, low sugar & it tasted smooth & delightful. Have yet to try the pearls as someone didn't recommend them. There's a super tiny seating area attached next to the store which was cute but not too appealing; I can imagine it being a little awkward if we sat there during busy times.
