Worst customer service. Never going back even if it’s the last place in earth. I rented for a week but after 2 days it had puncture and I waited on road for around 2 hours at 2am when I was returning back home from work. And they were angry when I called them. You’ll never guess they charged extra for it saying that it was my fault. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

They are notorious for credit card fraud. I never wrote my card number and cvv on a paper before but the day I wrote it to them(which they insisted), 285 gone in 3 days, had to stop my card and wasted time to get it back from bank. Beware from the receptionist Asian guy.
Just want to say it is the best price in Melbourne, and no hidden fees, the price quoted including all the cost, like GST, Insurance, On road service etc. only one office located at Coburg in Melbourne, it is quite sad they don't have the office in airport
