Emily Kate @ Coburg store... what a gem!! I walked in with little to no knowledge on solar and how it works. She stopped and took the time to assist whilst the phone was ringing like crazy and more people kept entering. What a great asset to this business. She nicely excused herself when she had to attend somewhere else but would always come back and remember where she had left the conversation. Cheers Emily Kate. I’ll be in tomorrow to get that fridge/freezer to start my camping adventures!
This place is like nerd city galore. Love the place. Signed up for membership on the first visit. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Return policy isn’t as good as some of the bigger companies but if you ask the manager nicely, she might be a bit more flexible with you :)

Over the years 30 of in fact Jaycar has been my go to for everything electronics, that was then. I purchase a non contact laser thermometer for around 130 when i could have spent far less, got to work only to discover that it wasn't suitable for my purposes. I called in the same hour and was told that there is no exchanges ( I was happy to buy a more expensive one ) on this item at all (so covid was not the ultimate factor ) In fact via email I was told the same thing & also that "our website clearly states this ". When selling under these conditions how about the salesperson have some product knowledge then to check that it will suit my purposes. I will never buy off you again and any money you have saved by not satisfying me has already been lost to you in the form of continual sales to me. If anybody want's the email from head office i am more than happy to send it to you.
