My daughter loved going here as she was growing up started from the baby pool and now is big enough to jump off the diving board.spent all our summerdays here. Very clean good shading heaps off space and excellent for family days.. lifeguards r friendly and always there in case U need assistance, kiosk well stocked and all other staff helpful and friendly..one of the best pools in the Northern suburbs

A concrete brutalist arena with a carefree soft centre. This pool is an austere beauty with none of the distractions like heating and domineering swimming lanes. Cool off with the rest of Coburg or wait 20 mins to take an ungainly bellyflop in the dedicated diving pool. The suspiciously warm kids and baby pools cater for all ages. Bring something to eat, or buy a refreshing icy pole. My favourite pool for the hottest 4 days of summer.

I spent a lot of time at this pool back in the late 70s when I was attending Newlands high school across the road, it hasn't changed much which is great, brings back happy memories with Evan, Bruce, Luigi and John. In those days pentridge prison was fully operational and situated across from the pool, this historic site is now an enclosed housing community with much of the original bluestone walls still intact. You gotta love coburg, its full of history.
