Truly amazing staff. They delivered my prescription medicine to my door after returning from major surgery today. I was unable to get it myself. Great service, and thank you for being so compassionate during such a difficult time for me.

This was a horrible experience. I wanted to pick up my asthma medication as I was having a bit of an asthma attack. I got in line to drop off my prescription but the pharmacist was talking to friend for 10 mins about her plans next week. When their catch up was over and she decided to pick up my prescription, she was rude and unhelpful. I asked a couple of questions about my medication and she could not be bothered answering me. Although the store was empty the wait to pick up my medication was over half an hour. And of course, nobody was wearing a mask, neither staff nor customers. Will not be going there again.

Wait times are outrageous. Waited 25 minutes just to speak to a female pharmacist, after being told to wait ‘a few minutes’. Ended up giving up and leaving. Absolutely shocking service

This was seriously the worst ever experience I have had in a chemist. 2pm the owner and store manger are both there. Staff walking past saying that there lunch is more important then serving the customers, and the other staff members laughing. Waited 25 minutes for 2 prescriptions that where both brand names and then went back and forth 3 times with the wrong medication and after all that tried to charge me twice for one of them. I really can’t understand why they are busy. I will never buy anything from here again. To think that these guys give life saving medicine when they can’t give out the right medication is beyond me. Absolutely disgusting John! Stop talking your customers for granted.

Honestly the service was shocking. I will never come back and I will never shop at chemist warehouse again. On average I spent a few thousand a year at your stores. Now I’m going local.

great that it’s open til midnight every night, and still was during stage 4 lockdown. my only gripe is that the pharmacists can sometimes have a snarky attitude, but they’re still helpful.
