Coastal Yoga & Kitchen Medicine Apollo Bay is run by husband and wife, Fab and Frances, who have really nailed the non-intimidating, friendly vibe that yoga is all about. I've now attended a couple of retreats and have found that one cannot help but feel positive vibrations that surround this fabulous team. Each time I leave, I walk away with a multitude of good feelings and find I'm all charged up with positive energy and hopes of new beginnings. Then of course, there is their location... location, location !! Apollo Bay, one of Victoria's most beautiful coastal towns. No matter the season, attending one of their retreats or simply classes, will provide you with nothing short of a wonderful and memorable experience. Thank you Fab and Frances for your teachings so far. There is indeed much to be gained from yoga and food for medicine and I can only hope that many others will allow themselves to experience Coastal Yoga & Kitchen Medicine. They will provide you with a guide to better living, integrating yoga and kitchen medicine......"We are what we eat" !!
