What a champion! Jay promptly responded to my voicemail and visited me the very next day. Checked my oven, advised me how to use it to its best potential and since no repair was needed he didn't accept any payment. True Christmas spirit! I am sure who I will call if I need my appliances to be repaired. Highly recommended.

Jai came out yesterday to perform the Last Rites on my Fisher & Paykel washing machine that died too young. Despite this sad fact, my experience with Jai couldn't have been better. He was here within two hours of my call, was friendly and professional, and charged me a very decent fee. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Coastal Appliances.

7 months ago, we contacted Jai to fix our Samsung washing machine. He told us to replace the main electrical board for well over 300. Unfortunately, this didn't fix the problem so we called Jai again. He said he would contact Samsung and get some new parts. We never heard from Jai again. He ignored my Husband's calls and text. When I made a new request for service off a different number, he called me straight back. He apologised when I called him out, and then promised to contact me in a few days time after he spoke to Samsung. That was over a month ago. Never heard from him again. Wouldn't recommend.

Came out the same day I called about an old (yet still good model) upright freezer. Found the problem and also repaired that day for a reasonable price! Won't hesitate to use their service again and definitely recommend.
