We went in winter time. We had not received the code to the door and had to talk for more than 30 minutes with the rental agency to get it. Heating did not work (malfunction) - super cold downstairs and a sauna upstairs - , the place was dusty, with hair on the bathroom floor and dead cockroach in the living room. The apartment layout is very good. Living room furniture has seen better days.
