We are very happy to have the service from Door Plus Clyde team. Peter has very good knowledge of making sunroom enclosure. He explains things patiently, provides useful suggestions, looks after the customers to make sure every step go smoothly. Appreciate his passion for helping people. Installer George also did good job, punctual and paid attention to details. Also thanks delivery man John at last collected all the packing cartons.

We received great advice and excellent service from Peter Kassis and we actually love the after installation look of the Stained double timber doors which give access to our main church in Wetherill Park SDA Church. I had the pleasure of dealing with Matthew and Peter from the store. They were extremely helpful, patient and really good on providing us the right door we needed for our new place. They followed up with calls to ensure product was to our specifications and the quality was good. We got a great service and very good pricing from their store in Clyde. Will highly recommend using this particular store no matter where you are in Sydney. A couple of other franchises we spoke with, didn’t leave us wanting to go back to them with our business.

Had a sliding door replaced with a hinged door. Overall service was A. Matthew and Peter in store provided an exceptional service, and provided a refund on a part that was not required in the end. There was some slight miscommunications with the separate call centre and installer, but the guys in store more than made up for it. Would definitely recommend and buy from again!

Excellent customer service, thank you Peter for all your help and professionalism. You made the whole process run very smoothly, better than I expected. Mike who did the installation was also an expert at what he does. I was really impressed at how well the door fitted in place of the old one. Great product and fantastic customer service, highly recommend.
