Unfortunately, the booking system doesn't allow the cancellation of swim classes when you try to book a new time slot so you will end up being charged twice if you go ahead. The communication is so lax that despite emailing two separate addresses that had responded before, they still responded by saying they had forwarded my concerns regarding the fact that my son had been swapped into the wrong class level to another email address. The email that I sent requesting a class change, was sent with 7 days until the next scheduled class. Still no response. This isn't a trivial thing; this is teaching my son to swim so that he is safe around water. It's been a miserable failure so far.

Signed my 1 year old up to swim school today. Wasn't told where I was suppose to go or What I was suppose to do. After asking what floaties i should buy i was told " i dont know, noone actually works in tye shop". I dont even know what the hell that was suppose to mean?!! Finally found out after 30 mins of wondering around where I was suppose to go. Once the lesson was over i found the only facility to shower my little one was in the "parent room". Which is, put simply- a toilet and a shower. There are no benches for bags, no hooks for clothes, no change table in the same room etc nothing. Just a wet floor and a toilet (which I had to constantly keep my son away from because it was disgusting). This was my very first experience taking my son to swimming lessons. Once I left,I phoned in and cancelled immediately. Extremely disappointing.

The CISAC website is the most ridiculous, hopeless one I have ever tried to use. All I want to know is when the CISAC pool is open. But it's just about impossible to find out. Which foolish person developed a site so hostile to users? And who approved it? The last time I wanted to find out I had to phone and ask someone in the end. I complained about the site then, but the person on the other end showed no interest. Customers! They are so damned inconvenient.
