The team from CLR Electrical & Refrigeration go above and beyond what one would expect in their level of customer service and professionalism. They recently conducted repairs to my elderly mothers (aged 92) fridge. As the fridge had a broken cooling system and had fully defrosted by the time Mum realised anything was wrong, they moved around other jobs in order to see to my mother quickly, even providing a temporary loan fridge. They moved all items from Mums fridge to the loan fridge, contacted Samsung to try and security warranty (which they did), and essentially made a massive effort to get the fridge repaired as quickly as possible. All staff involved, including admin, parts, and the service team are an absolute credit to the company. You don't expect to see such kindness in life today, so it is good to see that the Aussie spirit of help others and looking out for the elderly is alive and well in the Townsville Community. Thank you to all the staff, your efforts are extra care you have extended to my mother.

Amazing customer service - fixed the ice machine on our fridge that I was convinced was just out of warranty. CLR went out of their way to check the warranty - and sure enough, it was covered! They came out same day, ordered the parts they needed and came to replace it when they said they would. Excellent, excellent customer service - could not recommend more highly!
