I have never had a more disturbing experience. I was working from home due to covid and my children had the misfortune of hearing a call to this business on speaker phone where I was abruptly told to hold on upon ringing through, only to listen to a drug fuelled argument from a raging and ranting receptionist about what someone was doing about getting her the bag of ice she had already paid for... the amount of profanity left me absolutely speechless and I had no choice but to tell her to maybe invest in some waiting music for her clients while she organised her next fix. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED. ITS A BIG NO NO FROM ME.
