ordered personal supply - much cheaper than alternatives. Arrived the next day update: second time round not so great: customer service is lacking. non descriptive responses where you don't know what part of your enquiry they're actually responding to. No Hi or no sign off so you don't even know who you're talking to, may be a language barrier issue? Enquired about popping pearls being back in stock and was told one month, purchased less desirable option to know the desired ones are in stock less than a week later? ignored answering how long they last for once they're opened. No ratio given for syrups. Attended to me at the warehouse without a mask..... concerning!!!!
