My experience with EVup, has been the worst experience with any service provider ever, not just for charging infrastructure. As a building manager with one of their systems and as a consumer of EV infrastructure I implore you to go anywhere else for your charging system. Go to someone like Charge Fox who know what they are doing. Engaging EVup was the worse decision I made for any piece of equipment in the building. For over 9 months now the system has not worked properly once, has charged people and then not charged their vehicle and every time there has been an issue the customer support response has been to blame the user. Even though every single time the system has not worked it has been the fault of the equipment or the operator. They even went so far as to provide us commissioning reports stating the service was working, but had not engaged nor paid for the payment platform making the system impossible to use. Again, blaming the consumer for not using it properly or having a faulty cable. Even when asked to simply unlock the system and allow the owner to absorb the cost of the system and power consumption they refused and continue to relock the system whenever something new goes wrong. Do not use EVup for your property, you will regret it as we do.
