Laptop charger broke and they helped me find the compatible model, etc. Wasn't in stock but they went out of their way for 20 minutes to try to help me out. Recommended me a website with overnight shipping to get what I needed. Then, massive shout out to this absolute king, I forgot to ask for your name, but he kindly found me a charger for me from out the back to use in the meantime while I waited for my proper one to arrive. I would avoid this store entirely. They charge 15-25% on returns. Order off Amazon vs coming in. Honestly. I usually try and support brick and mortar stores but turned out to be a bad decision in this case. The management policies are terrible and would definitely will not be shopping here ever again.

We wouldn’t even give one star for their poor customer service and shop rule, have just purchased from their store , they only accept opening item box after purchase, we accepted that . We just wanna to check if there is any defect , after we opened the box, realized item is bit narrow in its size, we wanna a bigger size, happy to exchange from their store, but they want to charge 25% restock fee, because they said they can’t sell as brand new anymore, how do we know the box haven’t been opened, and the box hasn’t got any manufactured sticky tape on it, isn’t that rediculus，I didn’t want to refund, and they didn’t mentioned that at the first place , is rip off. Don’t recommend go there. Very disappointed in their customer service , if they could do better in answer customer question and request, I could just take the product as it is and learned from it this time , one of the guy is rude. He is acting like ‘whatever ‘ during the whole conversation, yeah, money is their pocket.
