Great service from start to finish. Derek the supervisor was very helpful and paid attention to every detail. Very happy with the finished granny flat. More than happy to recommend the company to friends and family.

Great Customer Service. There guys are really trying to help you, especially supervisor Derek - he is super nice and helpful. I just let them do whatever they had to do and then I received a great house with no headache at all. Highly recommend those guys.

We had Classic Patios install our patio and are very happy with it. The men who did the installation were very professional as was the staff in all our dealings throughout the process. We love our patio and we are very happy to recommend Classic Patio and Granny flats.

We had Classic Patios and Granny Flats complete a Patio with us, complete with Insulated Roof panels as well as enclosing the Patio so we can use it Year round. The Service and workers were A1 and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Staff are extremely helpful, however, the quality of goods are lacking but this is reflected in the price. If youre looking for a good deal on granny flats and to be looked after every step of the way, this is the place for you.

We signed up last year august 2017, they commence the work on october 2017 and middle of november they stop the work as they said most of their staff is on holiday. I need to follow up if when they will resume the work. They resume last week of the month of january and need to call, email them several times. If you need something to rectify the issue in regards to granny flat, you need to get in touch to site supervisor which is not helpful unless you speak directly to the director before he will reply your email or call you back. Although the director is a bit helpful for several follow up. Granny flat was completed by march which is suppose to be by december. The experience of dealing with them is stressful, althought they build the granny flat well, what i dont like is the way they treated their customer if theirs any issue with the granny flat like leakage etc. they are only good when you signing the contract and pay the payment. Will not recommend them to my relatives.
