Drove 2 hours to get foam cut. Arrived just before opening time. Doors open and Customers being let in. Elderly guy approached us asking if we need foam cut. Advised us then that they are not able to do it for us as they are too busy. Explained that we came a fair way for this and was told well we are not even really open yet and that there is no way we can be helped right away and that they will not cut foam to size until about 3 pm. Worst Negative unhelpful rude customer service ever received!!!!!
Wonderful staff to deal with over the phone. Placed my order just after 12.30 and it was delivered to Gladstone before 5. Awesome service.
Have sorted out my pool water in 3 weeks, after spending 4 months elsewhere without getting close . Very professional, and very friendly.
