Today i attend in Clark Rubber Preston not as a sign writer but as a costumer, John explained and showed me several materials of matts and plastics i was after for my home. Very professional and friendly staff, they know what offer, just ask what you are after. highly recommended.

Pretty much the rudest most unhelpful staff ever in a shop that never has anything in stock. Staff told me I couldn't order online because the order would come to their shop as it was the closest to me and they didn't have the stock (as always). Then told me within a minute to try ordering online?!?! Rank idiocy. When I queried this "logic" I was told quite literally "whatever". Don't go here it's managed and staffed by rude belligerent idiots.

Bought a queen sized matress topper at the Preston store. They didn’t have the size I needed in store so I paid for it and they said they’d deliver it when it arrives (i also paid for the delivery). However what I received was smaller than a queen? My queen matress and queen bed frame is bigger in length and width than the topper. I put the topper on my housemates bed as they also have a Queen size bed thinking maybe my bed may be incorrectly sized, and it was the same problem. Called to get them to swap it for the correct size I ordered and they said “you’ve opened the packaging, no returns?” They legit sent me the wrong size? He said the colour of the matress I received is the correct colour for their queen size but considering it’s too small for both mine and my housemates queen size bed matress and frame the colour of the matress does not coincide with what should be a Queen. So i’m out of pocket 260 odd dollars and have a matress I can’t use. Mistakes happen, however to send the wrong size and then blow off the customer for trying to correct it is not ok. ****UPDATE***** I went into the clock rubber store when they reopen to discuss what my options would be okay to give me the wrong size mattress. I never received a phone call or an email from them to chase this up with me as I purchased this mattress at your store for you had already filed when I came in to complain . I was put onto of the ownerand instead of us having a converdaion, he yelled, proceeded to tell me pff supposed be such a review and said that it wasnt fair for him. I had to point out to him that I actually purchased the mattress from his store and on my form they had already information they had my address I had my mobile phone number I had my mailing address the email to several ways that he could've reached out to talk to me about it but he didn't? this was me coming all the way to the store Uter any of the forms you need anything in mind that they have tried to read whi

We went in to buy a dolphin cleaner and on top we recieved a wonderful experience with him while he educated us on what to do with our pool! Our pool is loving the dolphin !
