Shocking! Called today at 4.40pm, (yes close to closing time but wanted a costing only) asked for a price on pool steps and was placed on hold for 15 minutes. I could hear the till going, staff chatting and no one attempting to even say hold on we are still looking. Finally hung up thinking I will ring back at 4.55pm and it went to their after hours number. I was after a price on ordering wedding cake steps, which is approx 850.00 of now Modbury Clarks Rubber lost sale. Up your game folks. In this day and age customer service is everything so is social media on reviews.
The staff are super helpful by providing me with a water test. They are also insightful when it comes to pool maintenance. They also have everything my pool needs.
Short wait, the customer service rep was very helpful and accommodating and upfront about costs. Second time I've been back and been happy with times.
