I was given terrible advice by a sales person here. Told him I had a 3.10m pool but he recommended I get a 3.66m cover. I was hesitant to get something bigger than what I needed. I asked of the return policy to which he responded if the box was open they wouldn't offer a refund or exchange yet there was a open box on the shelf which was reduced by 5 on 'clearance'. I asked what that was and he said the person returned it because he sold his pool. So you do return or not?! He wasn't of any assistance so I did a quick website search of their store return policy and returns were acceptable based on the terms there. Gave him a quick update which he threw in his own T&C's (which you cannot do when you have a return policy in black & white on your website) and luckily for him, the cover (3.05m) I bought was of perfect size for my (3.10m) pool. Thanks for an extremely frustrating shopping experience.

Fantastic service, Jai Adams and Iris were great and easy to deal with. Helped me calculate the right lengths of Vynalite to install on my boat. Great price too!!!, even better than ebay. Dark grey colour choice in store which was really nice. Online sellers only had light grey and blue. Great experience, highly reccomended.
