Bryce damaged my piano pedal during a standard tuning. Without telling me he glued the pedal rod, charged me for the tuning and left. This "repair" failed after a few bars of playing. After a bit of call dodging, I was able to get onto him by calling from a different number. It took months to get him to replace the part (he didn't charge for the new part or replacement). Again, he dodged my calls. I wouldn't recommend his services.
Bryce has got the patience and the skills. Very happy with the service.
