Came to the reviews area to see if I was the only one who had absolutely dreadful service from the saleswoman here. I see I am not alone. Very unhelpful attitude and she seemed upset I even asked if they did gift wrapping. When I asked her she rolled her eyes and remarked "sometimes". Awful! Will not be returning!
Rudest woman behind the counter. Asking if I could have a toy gift wrapped was the biggest inconvenience to her. I left the store shaken. If you don't know how to treat people, you might want to rethink working in customer service...

I won’t be returning to this shop as the Sales Assistant who served me was abrupt, unfriendly and made no attempt to be helpful when I made an enquiry about a product I had seen on their website.
Fabulous store that have always had the cool "native" brand shoes I want. Plus their loyalty/ membership program delivered a 10% discount - win!
